- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- Won ton wrappers
For the soup:
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced into thin rounds
- Bok choy leaves, as needed
- Salt and white pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together ground pork, minced shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, and cornstarch.
- Place a teaspoon of the filling into the center of each won ton wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold into a triangle, and press the edges to seal. Optional: Bring the two opposite corners together and press to make a “nurse’s cap” shape.
- Bring the chicken stock to a boil in a large pot. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
