Ingredients:

- 500g ground beef

Instructions:
- Mix Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine both meats, grated onion, minced garlic, cumin, black pepper, salt, and baking soda. If desired, add parsley for additional flavor. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Shape Kebapche:
- Wet your hands and take a portion of the meat mixture, shaping it into a cylindrical form about the size of a hot dog. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Chill:
