Moussaka Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Layer the potato slices in a greased baking dish. Add the meat mixture over the potatoes.
- In a saucepan, whisk flour and milk over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat, cool slightly, and whisk in the egg. Pour over the meat layer.
