Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar (for caramel)
- 3 eggs
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Melt sugar until amber, pour into flan mold.
- Blend eggs, condensed and evaporated milk, and vanilla.
- Pour mixture over caramel, cover with foil.
- Bake in water bath at 350°F for 60 minutes.
- Chill before serving, invert onto plate.
